We are an independent commissioning company who are members of the Commissioning Specialists Association.

All our commissioning is carried out in accordance with CIBSE, BSRIA and HTM03-01 guidelines.

It is now widely recognised that the correct commissioning of an HVAC system is essential to ensure that the installation performs to the designer’s specification.

The energy levy has focused attention on the vital role of the commissioning specialist in the drive to reduce energy costs. It has been estimated that proper commissioning can save up to 40% in energy usage.

Test instrumentation is calibrated annually and certificates are available on request.
