We have found that during the life of many buildings the HVAC systems can become “un-commissioned” for a number of reasons such as modifications by the maintenance staff or change of usage. This is usually indicated by poor control and environmental conditions.
The correctly commissioned building can save up to 40% in energy usage.
We can carry out a full, detailed survey comparing the occupancy and heat load to the actual ventilation performance. From this we will issue a comprehensive report and make recommendations to resolve the problems.

Troubleshooting
We are often called in by consultants or end-users to carry out investigation and troubleshooting work relating to existing or new installation. Our experience in these situations is invaluable and most problems are identified and resolved.
